Acceptable stay with minor issues
convenient location good value helpful staff shabby driveway broken bench inaccurate photos
I appreciated the convenient location. It was close to the cricket club. The seafront and town center were also nearby. Breakfast was good.
The front driveway looked shabby. Bench slats were broken so I could not sit on the outside seat. These first impressions matter.

wonderful stay!
excellent breakfast good variety pleasant host
The breakfast was excellent. it had a good variety, i saw. the location was excellent too. it was very close to peasholm park, i walked around it, and the north bay, i visited it . the host was pleasant and accommodating. Nothing seemed to cause trouble for them.
The front driveway looked shabby. the bench slats were broken, so i could not sit on the outside seat. first impressions are important.

a gem by the sea
hanging space comfortable beds
The room had abundant hanging space and drawers. the beds were comfortable and ensured restful nights. the breakfast was expertly cooked. Every morning, a good presentation and tasty meal. it was all amazing!!!
the en-suite was not the most modern. however, it remained clean. perhaps updating the facilities would further enhance the stay.

the full english breakfast offered plenty of delicious choices. fruit, cereal, and toast served as alternatives, a satisfying start to each day. the coffee was strong and the juices were fresh.

the owners were friendly and helpful. i found that communication was excellent and requests were promptly addressed. it's so lovely!!! their attentiveness contributed significantly to my enjoyable stay.

convenient location clean room tasty breakfast
the location was convenient for accessing both north and south beaches. i found the room to be super clean and cozy. the shower was simple to operate and i appreciated the tasty breakfast the hosts provided. i am also grateful for the friendliness of the hosts.
The front driveway needed some attention. The bench slats were broken.

the room featured thoughtful decor and felt bright. it was very clean, and i appreciated the extra condiments provided such as tea, hot chocolate, and biscuits upon arrival. the room temperature was perfect.

breakfast included a great choice of items such as yoghurt, fruit, and cereal. a full english breakfast was also available, alongside tea and coffee. the owners supplied me with a parking permit because it was on-street parking.
